Why not live healthy already?

My strength in health and fitness isn’t medicine but prevention and treatment thru exercise, nutrition and rest/stress relief.

I don’t know everything about every food & exercise but I’m confident in exercise, healthy clean eating, and rest/stress relief.

If we are told after a heart attack to eat healthy or after we find out we are diabetic etc then why not eat healthy to begin with??

If we are told to strengthen our body and lose fat and build endurance, balance, flexibility and range of motion when we become ill, achy or hurt something …. then why not get stronger to begin with??
