It’s very healthy for couples to workout together! Quality time, laughs, increased endorphins, raises serotonin levels (natural antidepressant), helps prevent high blood pressure, lowers bad cholesterol, helped prevent diabetes, stops most aches and pains and so much more!
Many couples have no problem wasting hours a day binge watching tv shows, movies, or going out to eat…but still say they don’t have time to exercise.
Make time to exercise, no excuses, have your spouse or significant other join you and experience the benefits of working out together.
Do healthy activities together! If you have kids then have them exercise with y’all also!
