Stop Making Yourself Sick, Get Healthy!

In my 30 years as a Personal Trainer I think one of my biggest frustrations is watching people who have painful & dangerous health problems (bad cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, acid reflux, heart disease, obesity, joint pains, high stress, depression, anxiety, & more) stemming from weight gain and they WASTE YEARS failing at fad diets, diet pills, not-so-magic potions, diet food in the mail plans, or worse that are not healthy or sustainable.

These people yo-yo diet wreaking havoc on their metabolisms, their emotions, their body, and their heart…when simply they could start making a few simple healthy changes like:

  • Get regular Exercise and Be Active
  • Choose healthy instead of junk food options
  • Get plenty of sleep/rest
  • Take time for themselves
  • Stop missing meals and starving themselves
  • Ask a friend to exercise with them
  • Take naps instead of energy drinks
  • Get outside for fresh air
  • Work on better communication with family
  • Vent to someone or see a Counselor it’s ok
  • Eat a mini meal or snack every few hours
  • Avoid sugary drinks

And I could go on and on!

Please Stop frustrating yourselves and just make healthy lifestyle changes to feel, look, and move better!
