Warmups!!!

  • Do not ever start a workout without a smart warmup and stretch first.
  • A proper warmup comes before stretching then you workout, stretch throughout workout, then cool down and stretch at the end.
  • The best warmup is a warmup that focuses on the muscle or muscles about to be worked. Don’t be naive and walk a few minutes on a treadmill before you work Upper Body that’s ridiculous. Warmups have to be smart and specific.
